We can undertake the Full Range of Advanced Dental Care and Accept Referrals for all Forms of Complex Dental Care. We have Appointments Available 7 Days a Week and 365 Days a Year and after completing treatment, we will return your patient back to your practice for continuing care. 

To refer a patient, please call us on 01785 252514. Alternatively you can E-mail info@cldps.co.uk and provide your patients' details. Our Team will then promptly book the patient in for the required treatment and deliver an excellent service.

Our Team of Expert Oral Surgeons can complete All types of tooth extractions painlessly and efficiently for your patients. We can treat painful wisdom teeth and bypass the long waiting times currently in place at NHS Hospitals. By doing this we can fix your patient's pain quickly and efficiently. We also accept referrals for failed tooth extractions so if you can't take a tooth out, please refer to Church Lane and we will get it done for you straight away.
